OK, I stared at this post for a while before I could even formulate words. In my article “What the FTC Guidelines on Freebies Means to Freelance Writers” I make suggestions for who should really get the FTC’s $11,000 fine. This person not only deserves a fine, but should be locked up — in an insane asylum!

I agree with Jamie – I’d love to see you mess with this person, or at the very least try to get her to understand how utterly ridiculous her request is……I sincerely doubt that, at her offered price and terms, she’ll get anyone whose native language is English. She won’t have trouble getting someone from India or the Philippines for this job, but then she also won’t get the high quality writing she expects, but is not capable of herself.
Get out of my way guys… I am taking this job….I am going do it for free as obviously this publisher is looking for charity….
Unfortunately there are plenty of these kind of job ads out there!
